MBRP continues its growth in manufacturing performance exhaust systems. With a change in our production hours, you can enjoy a new shift structure that gives you more days off, and more time with your friends and family. MBRP manufactures 7 days/week, 24 hours/day to supply enthusiasts with the exceptional quality product they want from MBRP.

Shifts

  • Night shift, 7PM-7AM
  • Competitive starting wages of $19/hour 
  • Candidates who join the Night shift will be eligible for $1.50/hour in addition to their wage as a shift premium
  • Shifts do not rotate between days and nights

MBRP Ltd. is a fast-growing performance exhaust manufacturer looking for candidates to complement their existing crews. We are looking for ambitious individuals to assist us in the manufacturing and distribution of performance exhaust systems for the automotive and powersports markets at their Huntsville manufacturing facility in the heart of Muskoka.

Possible Job Functions

  • Knowledge of forklift operations
  • Ability to load, unload, and receive material/product accurately and safely using material handling equipment from delivery or storage locations
  • Perform physical lifting, bending and standing while using proper technique
  • Perform other activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking
  • Process improvement capabilities
  • Complete accurate documentation
  • Have the ability to follow standardized work procedures in an organized fashion
  • Ability to be part of a team, but work independently when needed
  • Ability to follow standardizes working procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Director of Operations
  • May perform other activities, such as opening containers, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory, and weighing and checking materials.

Additional Duties:

  • Operate a variety of hands tools and manufacturing equipment
  • Ability to distinguish various types and gauges of materials
  • Ability to use and read various measuring devices
  • Perform Machine set ups, changeovers and daily preventative maintenance
  • Meet daily production objectives while maintaining acceptable quality standards
  • Accurately complete daily production paperwork
  • Ability to follow standardized work procedures
  • Physical lifting, bending and standing required for long periods of time
  • Perform daily cleaning and organizing activities
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Director of Operations
